Gabriele Ganswindt is an executive coach and leadership consultant located near Boston, MA. As a German native, she partners with leaders of both European and US organizations to support results oriented, life-affirming leadership and sustainable organizational transformation. Gabriele has worked as an executive coach, facilitator and choreographer of organizational transformation for over 20 years. She regularly designs and leads workshops and retreats addressing the strategic questions and conversations and facilitating the desired results of a leadership team. She is trained in several large systems change technologies (i.e. Open Space, Future Search, Appreciative Inquiry, World Café Conversations) as well as the art and science of generative thinking (dialogue). She works with individual leaders, leadership teams, organizational boards and organizational systems as a whole to bring about lasting and inspiring change, transformation and sustainable results.
Gabriele founded Shared Learning International (SLI) in 1996. Prior to that, Gabriele was director of the leadership practice at ODI, an international change management firm. Recently she founded the Global Resiliency Network a worldwide consortium of practitioners dedicated to strengthening resiliency at the individual, organizational and national level. She is an adjunct faculty member of the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology in the Executive Coaching Program, in which she also supervises graduate students. Her ideal client engagements combine executive coaching, team learning and large systems transformation. She is a frequent keynote speaker on topics related to leadership resiliency, resiliency and reinvention and executive coaching in a turbulent world.

Education
Gabriele received her Diplom-Psychology degree from the University of Trier (Germany) and was awarded a postgraduate fellowship at Harvard University in organizational psychology. Gabriele is a graduate of CTI's coaching program and a member of the German American Business Council of Boston (GABC). She was ordained as an interfaith minister in 2008.
